Returns

From the date of delivery / collection, you will have 14 days to return any unwanted item purchased in store or over the internet, the items must be returned at your cost to us within 14 days of receipt.  The item/s must be AS NEW, with any original undamaged packaging, the item must be able to be re-sold as a NEW ITEM.

After 14 days and up to 30 days, any item that fails in this period, you have the option to request a refund, if the fault is manufacturing caused.  Physical damage is never covered under any warranty.

From 30 days to 6 months, an item can be returned, but as a first measure, we will look to repair the item, if it cannot be repaired, the item will be replaced.  You are not entitled to a refund between 30 days and 6 months as a first option.

Over 6 months old and up to 12 months old, this is the warranty period covering an item for manufacturing defect where you can prove the issue existed at the point of manufacturing.

Above are the standard 12 months warranty placed upon every item we sell, any extended warranties are covered solely by the respective manufacturer’s.

Any warranties placed on anything purchased past 12 months, will be dealt with by the manufacturer of this item, this might be handled directly with us at a cost to you depending on if this item has to be sent back to a manufacturer / supplier for extended warranty work.  Any work undertaken is at our descretion and any costing will be discussed with you before proceeding.

Unless an item is proven to be faulty, the cost of returning an item is placed upon yourself to cover insurance parcel service for the item to come back to us in an undamaged state.

Some item/s cannot be returned, once opened or used, or even just purchased and never opened, these item/s are as follows:

  • Food.
  • Underwear or under layer clothing.
  • Face or Hearing protection or anything fitted closely around the face or in-ear.
  • **Ammunition **
  • **Powder**
  • **Primers**
  • Flasks
Deposits

When you special order an item, or leave a deposit to remove the item from sale, it is at our descretion to offer a partial refund on the deposit based on our time involved with you to remove the item from sale.  If you have changed your mind, you can ask for a portion of the money back, this will be a percentage of the full amount based on our time involved in securing the sale or order.  You will not be entitled to a full refund of your deposit.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.  Refunds are based on the item being returned in AS NEW condition, and or are faulty, if found to be faulty, we will cover return postage, if unwanted, you must cover the postage by return, and any outgoing postage will be deducted from the original order.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days (Normally 5 working days).

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged and we would cover the return cost of postage for such item/s.  If you have changed your mind, ordered the wrong colour, wrong size etc, we will not do a like for like exchange, you would only receive a refund minus the cost of outgoing postage.

Please make sure you include your order number, so we are able to locate the order you placed.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item as an unwanted purchase.  Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of outgoing shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since you received your order, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.  In some circumstances this can be overlooked if being purchased for a present and it running over this 30 day period, this would be at our descretion.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.  You must include an order number for us to locate the order.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase or order number.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer unless instructed to do so by us.

Refunds

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded.  Sale items cannot be refunded.
